I'm a Continuous Improvement Lead and ERP Business Analyst with 14 years of experience across the telecoms, local government, justice, and charity sectors. My career has evolved deliberately, from core data and analytics work into process improvement, change management, and now AI-integrated operations.
What I actually do is help organisations stop firefighting. I come in, map what's really happening, identify where the waste and risk sit, and work with teams to build something that runs better and keeps running better.
My skill set has been built over 14 years in real operational environments, not just theory. On the process side, I work across Lean, Agile, Six Sigma tools, PDCA, and root cause analysis. On the data and reporting side, I build dashboards and performance frameworks in Tableau, Power BI and SAP. I've also spent significant time on the people side of change-managing system migrations, embedding new ways of working, and bringing teams along through transitions using Kotter and ADKAR.
More recently, I've been deepening my knowledge in AI engineering, specifically LLMs, RAG, and automated workflow design.
I'm looking for a Continuous Improvement or Change Management role where I can do what I do best - find the friction, fix the process, and help the organisation move forward with more confidence and less noise.
I'm not chasing a title. I want to be somewhere I can make a genuine difference, working with people who care about doing things properly, and where improvement isn't just a buzzword on a wall poster.
