I’ve since focused on professional development that supports continuous improvement and data‑driven roles, including ISO 9001:2015 QMS auditing, KPIs and balanced scorecards, performance management, and Agile fundamentals. Most recently, I’ve invested in AI engineering training covering LLMs, RAG, QLoRA, and APIs so I can apply emerging technologies to process optimisation, reporting, and governance.
